Top menu is not on the template

The mainmenu comes automatically in the horizontal moomenu. If you want the topmenu in the horizontal moomenu you should go in Extensions - Template Manager, select the template, click edit and there for Menu Name instead of mainmenu add topmenu.

Another way to do it is to change in params.ini

with
menuName=topmenu
