The Testimonials component contains the following back-end settings for enabling a guest user to write a testimonial or log into the site before writing a testimonial. Once a testimonial is submitted, it is stored as an unpublished item, ensuring that it does not appear on the public site until approved. This feature allows administrators to manage content effectively, as only they have the ability to publish these testimonials from the backend. By implementing this process,we make sure that all the feedbacks posted on your website meet high requirements. Once the testimonial is published from the administrator’s backend in Joomla, the user in the frontend can modify their testimonial.
For logged-in users, the process is straightforward and can be directly done within the item.
For guest users, the process involves providing the ID and token which can be taken after the testimonial is Submit.
