Templates upgrade to PHP 7.2 +

Do you have some errors after upgrade to PHP 7.2 ? This is because is not used the latest version of the template.

Simply login our site and access My Downloads ( if you purchased a single template ) or Membership Downloads ( if you have still an active membership ). There you can download the latest template package which you have purchased on the past. Download and unzip the upgraded package. The second step is to install the updated file. In your website, login joomla backend. Go in Extensions - Manage - Install and install the template which is inside the upgrade package. The templates which use sboost plugin, is important to install sboost plugin. This plugin is updated to php 7.2 +

All our updated joomla templates are compatible with php 7.2, 7.3 and php 7.4.

Important: if you have done changes in css files, first save those files in your PC. After installing the latest template, use FTP to replace those files.

Questions & Answers

Can I test a template before purchasing?

There is a free template version for test purposes. The free template, you can download it in template details page. Note that the free template is limited and not all template features are available. Another way is to check out the template demo.

Can I buy a single template only?

Yes, we have the option for single template purchase. In every template details, is optional to purchase it as single template or to chose a membership plan.

Can I use Olwebdesign templates for my clients?

Yes absolutely. You are free to use our templates or modules to build websites for your clients. That's what they were made for

Can I still use the template once my Club Membership expired?

Yes, you still can keep and use the templates that you already downloaded during your membership. However, you will no longer have access to file downloads, updates, or support.

How long do I have access to download the item?

That depends of the membership plan you have purchased. As a single purchase, you will have a time period of 12 months to download updates. The update is only for the purchased item. PS: The extensions included on the template packages, should be purchased separately, in able to have update access.

Can I remove the Copyrights?

It is not allowed in the free template version. In pro version you can change everything visual on our templates, you can also remove any visual copyright from the footer, only the copyrights in the source code have to remain untouched.

How do I update my template?

Login Olwebdesign website and go to “My Downloads” or "Membership Downloads" to download the latest update available. After in your site go in joomla backend and install the latest template version. In extensions - templates click on the template. In the template settings, make the changes you want and click save.

Please Note: If you have made any custom changes to the template code, make a backup of your existing template and save it to your computer before updating.

Do you provide template documentation?

All our templates come with documentation. In every template download package is included template-help documentation.

What payments do you accept?

We have Secure Paypal Payment with many different currencies. You can pay directly with your Credit Card via Paypal and NEVER store your card information on our site.

Will my Membership auto-renew?

No, doesn't auto charge or renew. Each payment is a one off payment and you can continue to use the template and extensions on your site even after your subscription has expired.

Can I get a refund?

Since Olwebdesign is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods, we do not issue refunds after an individual product purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon making a purchase on our site.

What kind of support do you provide for your templates?

The support is offered via email. You can use the contact form in our site. If you download a Free template version, you will receive limited support for basic questions you may have. If you decide to purchase a Pro version, you will receive unlimited support with any questions related to our templates. If you would like more in-depth customizations to the design and/or functionality of our themes. We offer a fee based Custom Developer Service where we can work with you on a case-by-case basis to understand your requirements, let you know what the cost will be, and last but not least complete the work to your satisfaction.

How long do I have support?

Product support is lifetime.

Can you help me customize my site?

We cannot offer you an extensive help in terms of modifications. If you are asking for help with modifications, which only involves issuing few lines of code, then we will be glad to assist you. Nonetheless, if your inquiry requires more than that amount of code to be published, we can only provide guidance and you would then need to hire a customizer.
